Opening Summer 2017
Indulge yourself in the finest of British cooking at this new central London eatery. With food overseen by two-star michelin chef Michel Roux Jr and drink by award-winning cocktail bar Artesian, The Wigmore is designed around the great historic public houses of Britain. The menu will comprise wholehearted native dishes such as raised veal and ham pie and paprika-glazed short rib, and mixologists will be offering up house “hoptails” alongside the more traditional drinks listings.
Until 17 September 2017
Experience a tropical paradise at the Natural History Museum’s butterfly house this summer. Visitors will encounter exotic chrysalises from across the world as they metamorphosise from a caterpillar and begin fluttering from flower to flower, occasionally landing on a passer-by. While you take in the sights and smells of this sensory environment, learn more about the life of these fascinating creatures from a series of interactive displays and activities put on by the butterfly house team.
