The above rates are inclusive of two maid services per week.
The rates are inclusive of electricity, water, council tax and service charges.
Telephone calls are charged at 59 pence for the first unit and 24 pence thereafter.
VAT is additional. VAT on the rental is charged at the rate of 17.5% for the first 28 days
and 3.5% thereafter.
All bookings are subject to terms and conditions of a tenancy agreement.

All bookings require one month deposit.
