We started back in the new year with earnest and have made great progress in January. The following will take place over the course of this month:
55 Park Lane
Renovation works to apartments will continue as planned. We will be following the same process as we did in January, starting with corridor protection after which surveying and renovation works will begin. These are the apartments we will working on:
Commencing 1st February
4th Floor: 86, 90 and 95
Commencing 8th February
7th Floor: 152 and 152a
8th Floor: 178 and 178a
Commencing 15th February
5th Floor: 116, 117 and 118
Commencing 22nd February
4th Floor: 92
Commencing 1st March
1st Floor: 32
55 and 60 Park Lane – corridors
We will be removing ceiling panels in order to connect the apartments to services such as IT, air conditioning and the new water system. These works will be carried out in phases to keep disruption in your corridors to a minimum.
55 Park Lane – east and west courtyards
The scaffolding erected in January will be used to create new window openings and to form new floors and internal walls; air conditioning units will be relocated to here.
Security accommodation module
We began dismantling the module in January. In February we will start the demolition works, due for completion by the end of March. This will make way for the construction of the new lifts.
60 Park Lane – new lifts
We will be forming the new structural openings on 1st to 8th floors as part of the installation of the new lifts.
60 Park Lane – goods hoist
Installation of the goods hoist in 60 Park Lane will continue.
Temporary services
The relocation of the existing water and electrical supplies continues; we will be constructing a temporary plant room this month.
