february update

Our contractor Beck is making good progress and February’s work includes:

This month we will receive the first set of apartments back. These are currently being snagged and commissioned ready for final fit out. All other apartments are on schedule to be handed back over the course of the next few months.

55 and 60 Park Lane corridors
With the handover of apartments starting in this month, the corridors in 55 Park Lane have had their ceilings reinstated and plastic protection will be removed, revealing the new decor. Decoration works will start this month in the 60 Park Lane corridor as both ceiling and walls have now been plastered and new electrics installed.

The plant room electrical switch over has now taken place and over this month systems will come online with 60 Park Lane now being fed off our new infrastructure.

55 and 60 Park Lane connection
Work to the new link corridor is progressing well and the new windows are in production, due to arrive on site in the coming weeks.

Lift core
The new lift core is complete. Our lift fit-out contractor, Kone, will be on site in February to start installing the new lift cars.

Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) works
The work to 20 South Street is on schedule and the new configuration will be built this month ready for the new access in March. The new 60 Park Lane entrance works will be starting this month so the entrance will be shut. Access requirements will be managed by the Hyde Park Residence team.
