The activities and developments outlined last month remain much the same for June. Our contractor Beck is making good progress and will be focusing on the following over the course of this month:
The reconfiguration of the new internal layouts continue to take shape, with many of the new partition walls completed. Our interior designers TH:2 are progressing the design schemes we have for the apartments and the concepts are really coming to life.
55 and 60 Park Lane – corridors
The removal of ceiling panels to facilitate installation of IT, AC and the new water system continues, and in 60 Park Lane we have started on the installation of services in the corridors.
Following the basement’s water-proofing last month, reinforcement of the slab and concrete pouring starts this month. Construction of the steel work will then begin from basement to ground level in preparation for the new plant room, lift shaft and lift motor rooms.

This month we will be putting up hoarding in the 55 Park Lane lobby and behind the scenes construction works on the new internal link corridor will commence.
